Willow Cottage is a beautifully furnished 3 x bedroom cottage situated on the holiday resort of The Bay in Filey. It benefits from having a downstairs WC and one of the double bedrooms having a private en-suite shower, WC and wash basin. The location of the cottage is set back in a quiet and relatively secluded position with a patio area situated to the rear of the property and that is not overlooked.

The property is very well furnished throughout and allows guests to benefit from high-speed fibre broadband. With Smart TV's in every room and ambient lighting to the living room and kitchen/dining area, the property really does provide comfort and relaxation.

The location is excellent and based in a secure gated holiday resort but perfect to use as a base for exploring the many attractions in the surrounding area. With complimentary swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room and a very cosy pub on site you might not want to stray too far on some days. The 5 x mile award winning golden sandy beach of Filey is only a short walk away through the complex.

A beautifully spacious kitchen/dining area allowing for creative cooking and quality dining.

The kitchen benefits from SMEG integrated appliances including a 5 x ring gas burning hob, microwave, electric fan oven, extractor fan and a dishwasher for the pots and pans. There is ample dinner sets all in matching white crockery along with a wide array of glasses from wine and champagne flutes to tumblers and pint glasses.

With space to seat 6 x people around the dining table, this will easily accommodate larger families. Or for couples, why not dim the lights and light some candles for a more romantic setting.

During warmer months, there are patio doors that lead from the dining room to the rear garden area that is both quiet and secluded and surrounded by well maintained hedging and shrubbery.

A large living room with 2 x large sofas and ambient lighting provide the perfect setting for a night in.

The living room is very spacious with room to stretch out and relax after a day of exploring. It has a 55" Smart TV with Freeview Play and access to the likes of Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, BBC iPlayer and a whole host of other apps and channels.

In addition, why not take advantage of the ambient lighting to help really set the scene for the evening. The lighting can work in synchronisation with whatever is on display on the TV or simply select a colour of your choosing. Alternatively, switch it off altogether if you prefer, the choice is yours.

With high-speed fibre broadband supplied by BT servicing the house, streaming content across multiple devices at the same time is no problem.

The property is set in a quiet location of the resort allowing for a restful and undisturbed nights rest.

There are 3 x double bedrooms all with Smart TV's and one with en-suite shower and WC.

Two of the bedrooms feature King-Size beds for extra legroom and both have separate built-in wardrobes for additional storage.
